I am honored to lead the Resources Division at LifeWay and serve with a team of leaders who are passionate to serve the Church in Her mission of making disciples. Each Wednesday, I share the heart behind one of the resources our team has developed and give an opportunity for you to register to win a free copy of the resource. This week’s resource is a digital download of our Pipeline Conference. Our Leadership Team helped with this post.
Earlier this month I had the chance to be part of the Pipeline Conference, put on by LifeWay Leadership. The aim of the conference was to introduce church leaders to concepts, vision, and strategies of a leadership pipeline. One thousand people gathered in Nashville to invest in learning about leadership development at every level of the church, from volunteer to senior leadership.
