Process Design Survey

The Process Design Survey designed to help you evaluate your church’s process. While your purpose helps you focus on what, your process focuses on how. A process design is how you have structured and designed your church to move people towards spiritual maturity.

Upon completion of this anonymous survey, you will be given your score along with feedback and suggestions for improving your process. For you to be able to properly assess what areas need to be improved, it is very important that you be truthful with your responses. Answer the statements not as you would like things to be in your church, but as they presently are.
