“Shepherding” is an unusual term in our modern society. Most of us have only encountered sheep at a petting zoo. But shepherding is a term the Bible uses often in referring to leaders. Aaron Ivey, the worship pastor at The Austin Stone Church, explains what the Bible means by this term and why it’s crucial to understand in our modern, western context.
